My Profile Guide

My Profile is where registered merchants in the Expressly network can view their current profile and make changes. You access the My Profile page by clicking on ‘My Profile’ under your name in the Expressly Portal.

Basic Details

This section contains your basic data. If you would like to change any of these options, please follow these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Basic Details section of the My Profile page.
  2. Select the field that you would like to change and edit the current data. Remember when changing your password to make it as secure as possible.
  3. Click 'Save'.

Company Details

This section contains your own merchant details. Keep it updated to attract potential campaign partners. If you would like to change any of the options, please follow these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Company Details section of the My Profile page.
  2. Select the data that you like to change and edit the current data. Remember if you are changing any of your URL links to include ‘http://’ or ‘https://’ in front of it.
  3. Click “Save”.

Company Metadata

This section contains customisable metadata to make it easy for potential partners to find you. If you would like to change any of the options, please follow these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Company Metadata section of the My Profile page.
  2. Select the section that you would like to change and choose an option from the drop-down menu that appears. This is not limited to one option and you can select as many as you like.
  3. Click 'Save'.

Uploading a Company Logo

This section enables you to include a company logo in your profile. To upload or change your logo, please follow these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Company Logo sections of the My Profile page.
  2. Click ‘Select Logo’.
  3. Navigate to your logo file stored on your local machine and click ‘Open’. It must be either JPG or PNG format and no bigger than 2MB.
  4. It will then be in the input field next to the button ready to be uploaded.
  5. To upload the logo click 'Save'. If you are unfamiliar with how to save see the 'Saving Profile' guide below.

Saving profile

This is where you save the changes so your merchant profile is updated. To save any changes you have made, please follow these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Save section of the My Profile page.
  2. Click on the ‘Save’ button.
  3. The page will refresh and display a message informing you that your profile has been updated.
