My Partners Guide

My Partners is where you go to see whom you’ve partnered with and who awaits your approval to start the next campaign. You access it by clicking on ‘My Partners Guide’ inside of your Expressly Portal.

Viewing partner information

On the My Partners page you will see all of the shops you are partnered with. You can view information on a client by clicking on their profile.

Sending a message to a partner

If you would like to send a message to a partnered merchant, please follow these instructions:

  1. Locate the partner you wish to message and click on their profile.
  2. This will display all of that partner’s information.
  3. Navigate to the bottom of this information and click 'Send Message'.
  4. This will allow you to create and send a message. If you need help with this please refer to the Send Message guide.

Removing a partner

If you would like to remove a partner from your network, please follow these instructions:

  1. Locate the partner you wish to remove and click on their profile.
  2. This will display all of that partners information.
  3. Navigate to the bottom of this information and click 'Remove as Partner'.
  4. This will remove them from your partnered merchants. Please remember to ensure you are deleting the right partner as there is no confirmation.
