Expressly is a customer referral network where verified merchants connect with each other to promote to respective customers.
Through our very convenient one-click journey, you can shop at a new store without having to re-register over and over: shop faster and more securely, and discover new shops and offers relevant to you.

+ Why is Expressly good for you?

Thanks our unique technology you can enjoy:

  • Fast and secure shopping, as your details are automatically transferred once you click on an offer powered by Expressly, no need to re-enter your details at check-out!
  • Completely opt-in, no hidden cookies, with your data securely stored within the shops you trust.
  • Offers automatically applied to your basket, no need to search for any offered items or coupon codes.

+ A few definitions…

Merchant - Online shops which are members of the Expressly Network.

Expressly Network - The Expressly Network allows member merchants to find each other and start customer acquisition campaigns between themselves.

Referred-to Website - The new shop a consumer was referred to through the Expressly Network.


Promotions and Offers

+ Is my coupon/promotion automatically applied at check out?

Expressly makes it very simple for you to redeem the offers you receive. Just follow the link to the new shop, and you'll find the offer already associated with your new account, in your cart. Enjoy shopping, and leave the rest to us.

+ I missed the promotion offered to me by the referred-to website, how can I get the offer back?

While we usually recommend each offer lasts at least 30 days, it's really up to every merchant. If 30 days have not passed from the day you received the offer, you may contact the merchant making the offer directly.

+ At check out, I am asked to pay full price for an item said to be under promotion, who should I talk to?

Well, we're sorry that happened! We try our hardest to make sure all promotions and offers are up to date.
In this case, please refer directly to the merchant.

+ The item suggested to me is not available anymore, what can I do?

Offers are typically constrained by stock availability. We're sorry if the item is not available anymore. Try contacting the merchant directly, they may be able to help.

+ Can you apply the promotion to additional items in my basket?

It depends on the offer. Some are restricted to specific items, while others apply to sections and even the entire catalogue.

+ I like other items from the referred-to website, can you apply a promotion to them even if I pass on the item suggested to me to begin with?

It depends on the offer. Some are restricted to specific items, while others apply to sections and even the entire catalogue.

+ I saw another website that I like, which is a member of the Expressly Network, can I get a promotion there?

As of now, consumers can't directly browse offers from members on the Expressly Network - however, this might change soon!
Make sure to check in with us again, and in the meantime look for our offers and promotions via our registered merchants and sign up to our friends and family group - the Expressly Club. To join, click the button at the top of the page.

+ Can Expressly offer me more websites, and promotions, to my liking?

Yes, you can receive offers from each of the merchants that participate in the Expressly Network, as well as directly from us if you choose to sign up to our friends and family group - the Expressly Club. To join, click the button at the top of the page.

+ Are the promotions on the referred-to website offered exclusively through Expressly?

Most often yes, but it's not a requirement.

+ I would like to receive more promotions from Expressly, can consumers register on the Expressly Network?

Yes, customers are welcome to sign up to our friends and family group - the Expressly Club. We'd love to see you there! To join, click the button at the top of the page.


Orders

+ I wish to place an order on a referred-to website, but want to change some of the information (e.g. payment method, address) I provided; how do I do that?

Yes, your new account on the referred-to website can be edited by you as if you had created that account manually.

+ I shopped in the referred-to website in the past, will the website remember me? Will I still get the promotion?

Yes, the referred-to website will remember you if you set an account with it in the past - and you will still be eligible for the promotion!

+ I have a problem with my order, who should I talk to?

We're sorry that happened! We try our hardest to make sure everything is up and running on our end. For orders, please refer directly to the merchant.


Data and Privacy

+ What details am I providing you and the referred-to website?

Merchants typically receive your full name, email, delivery address and offer details (e.g., coupon) which allows them to offer you a fast and convenient shopping experience. However, this may vary depending on the specific origin merchant.

+ Are you transferring my payment details?

At this stage, we do not transfer payment details between merchants. We are planning to offer this option in the future - stay tuned!

+ Who stores my personal data? Expressly, the referred-to website, both?

Your details are stored securely in the merchants you trust. Expressly helps you use your data very efficiently, transferring what you need securely in the background. + Why does Expressly need to store my data?

Expressly uses your data to speed up your onboarding at the referred-to site, and to report to merchants how interesting their offer was to you and other consumers.

+ Are your members verified?

Yes, we verify every merchant before allowing them to operate with other merchants. When you land at a new site, we make sure you have access to their key policies to review before we create you an account there.

+ I wish to opt-out of any mailing lists from you or other referred-to websites; how do I do that?

Expressly currently does not send any promotional material to consumers (unless you sign up directly to our friends and family group - the Expressly Club). If you wish to opt-out from any other mailing lists, we suggest you unsubscribe directly from each mailing list.
